I&#039;m glad for your comment.  And I agree with you!  

The article meant to say that Tenacity SHOULDN&#039;T try to &quot;rescue&quot; the customer, but COULD use it as an opportunity to do some research about why the customer was leaving because it may give her ideas for changes that would make her business stronger overall.  

I&#039;m glad to hear you won&#039;t want to &quot;rescue&quot; .... I think your approach is right (to gracefully release them), but do think it&#039;s a great idea to learn what we can from lost customers to see if there&#039;s an insight that helps us grow/improve.
