tony_dollarsAs an entrepreneur, Tony’s goal in starting his business was to begin building value in positive message – music. He named his musical style, Soul-Rock, or “Compassion Music, Songs of Hope.” Now as a member of the American Federation of Musicians, Tony’s talents help other people as he believes, “One of the most exciting things about my business is to be able to work with national artists, and local talent, while offering my services to non-profit organizations to help them raise funds.” Tony began his endeared endeavor of the compassion campaign launching “The Love Club,” non-profit in 1997. T.L.C.’s camps, retreats, radio broadcasts, CD productions and live monthly stage performances captivated many regional followers.

When asked about the Which Jane Type Are You assessment, Tony says that he is “a Mr. Jane Dough. Being a Jane Dough, I really do enjoy running the business and I am comfortable and determined in marketing and selling. I do not at all mind working the long hours it takes to get the work done.” Tony agrees with the assessment, and would advise others in the Jane Dough category to

  1. Perfect your elevator pitch
  2. Hire smart and,
  3. Document your systems.

Tony believes that you can change your Jane Type over time. “At first, I was an Accidental Jane type. Immediately I became Merry Jane type. Although I was struggling, juggling work, three schools, and a family, I couldn’t help allow my true identity to come out. I have been a Tenacity Jane type through time, and I hope to meet other true Jane types that I can help promote and get your business flying.”

    Wow!!!

This was great. After an interview you can be left to wonder, “Will what they say be true to me.” I would like readers to know I am a male and not struggling with my identity, but the Jane types are true to me taking the gender consideration away. I would advice anyone to take the Jane test. It was painless.

Thank you Jane Out of the Box!!!
