Today, I’m delighted to share some expert advice regarding the power of delegation. Research shows that two-thirds of women business owners are solo-entrepreneurs working from home. If this is the case for you, you might feel there’s no one to delegate to! What I love about Jessica is the way she’s stepped into my business and helped me be more organized, more effective, and a better leader in my business by helping me filter what’s most important and then create systems that keep the work flowing seamlessly and well.
