Meet a Jane: Charlotte Moncrief

Charlotte Moncrief, a Certified Multimedia Sales Specialist, is the owner of Proforma Results Marketing. Her company is a single source for her clients’ marketing and branding needs: multimedia production services such as video and 3D graphics; tradeshows and conventions; eCommerce; promotional products; commercial print and business forms solutions; warehousing and fulfillment services. Proforma has developed an e-commerce system, which adds an extra dimension of client service, as the ordering of all products can be completed on-line. Charlotte prides herself in helping a wide variety of clients, regardless of budget, location, or complexity. Her mantra is, “There are only two functions of a business – MARKETING and INNOVATION!”
Charlotte started her business as a second career after 25 years at Hewlett Packard. “After retirement from Hewlett Packard as a Project Manager in product development,” remembers Charlotte, “I felt I had a skill set that could help other professionals. The greatest reward I get from being a business owner is hearing the words ‘thank you.’”

And because of that experience, I’m determined to be successful again in a different environment and in a different industry.”
Charlotte has some straight talk for other Jane Doughs. “First and foremost – If you can’t do it right, don’t do it at all. And secondly, just do what makes sense. Use your gift of intuition.”
