Meet a Jane: Megan Jenifer

Megan Jenifer, author and teacher, is the owner of The NIA Project, Inc.,  a company dedicated to fostering the development of Self through empowerment education, health & wellness, as well as performing and healing arts. Megan is committed to helping people find joy and purpose in their lives. She offers classes and free workshops for weight management, alternatives for weight loss surgery, nutrition, Kemetic Yoga, and private Suzuki violin instruction. In her book, How Ordinary People Attract Extraordinary Wealth, she encourages people to realign with Source and discover their true purpose in order to help enrich their lives while creating financial independence and abundance.
Megan started her own business at first by default, and later it changed into wanting to take control of her financial future. The greatest reward she has experienced as a result of being a business owner is being able to directly shape and influence lives in a positively profound way.

After taking the Which Jane Are You? assessment, it was revealed that Megan is a Jane Dough. “My Jane type is finally at the point where I agree,” said Megan. “I was initially an Accidental Jane, then became Tenacity Jane, and finally am crossing over into Jane Dough!!! For a while, I was hesitant about marketing and selling, but lately, I find that because I am helping so many people, my passion for sharing and getting the word out (raising awareness) is increasing, thus I’m more focused on growth. Being tenacious in my operations does cause me to put in many hours, but it is quite rewarding and fulfilling. Building my business has become a primary focus.”

When it come to giving advice for other Jane Doughs, Megan is clear, “never lose sight of why you’re in business. Use adversity and rejection as a stepping stone and a learning tool. Once your goals are in place, stay focused and moving in the direction of them daily. One step in the direction of them is one step closer to them.”
