See Jane Network: Facilitated Business Networking at its Finest!

Did you know Jane facilitates local networking? Through our association, Team Women, Inc., Jane Out of the Box offers women in chapters all across the US build deep local connections that foster collaborative business growth. Along the way, we’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t work for networking and we can’t wait to share our knowledge with you, live and in person, at a See Jane Network facilitated networking events.
See Jane Network events are jointly sponsored by Jane Out of the Box and Team Women, Inc. and serve many purposes:
- Networking education and tools to help women business owners develop powerful, women-friendly networking skills (hint: it’s about quality, not quantity!)
- A chance to practice new skills in a friendly, fun, female environment and gain resources and referrals as you practice
- Contribution to a worthy cause (10% of each ticket’s sale is earmarked for non-profit giving that helps women business owners)
- Build the Jane community by helping us get to know you better, face-to-face, and vice versa!
What You Can Expect at See Jane Network
Events are hosted by Michele DeKinder-Smith as she travels around the country for business. These events are designed to be informative, fun, and to help you grow your business. A rough agenda is as follows, but we’re learning as we go and we’ll be adjusting as needed based on size of group and feedback from our community.
- 15 minutes – check in and mingle with our networking game
- 30 minutes – The Joys of Networking presentation, where you’ll get a few new tools to help you make the most of your networking experience.
- 90 minutes – facilitated networking fun
- 15 minutes – wrap-up, Q&A, closing remarks
What to Bring
- Plenty of business cards
- Your favorite writing tool
- An upbeat, ready-to-have-business-fun attitude
- A willingness to give and receive great input, resources, and referrals
How to Register
Pre-registration is required so we know we have room for everyone! We ask you to pay just $27 to hold your spot, but when you arrive, we’ll give you a voucher worth $27 off any Jane Out of the Box or Team Women, Inc. product or service …. So it’s practically free to attend. Additionally, Jane Out of the Box is committing 10% of its revenues to charitable contributions that support women business owners so for each woman who attends, we’ll contribute $3 to our non-profit giving fund.
