The Power Behind a Partnership

In the course of my research for Jane Out of the Box, I have spoken with so many female entrepreneurs who feel they might be forced to choose between their business and their romantic relationship. If this sounds familiar, please know that it doesn’t have to be that way.

You can have both – with the right tools. It’s all about finding the right balance. You can do that by creating a partnership (rather than a competition) with your significant other, which includes creating boundaries between the business and personal aspects of your life, cuing in on how much your significant other wants to hear about your business, and giving your relationship the same amount of time and attention as you give your business.
